Publicity - Could you deliver some flyers to your friends and neighbours?

On the day

Poop scooping - It would great to have a few people to give the field a thorough once over before people arrive to put down their picnic blankets.

Litter picking - We'd like to make sure we leave the field in a better state than we find it!  One concern is litter, so it would be brilliant to have a team to ensure that at the end of the day all rubbish is cleared away.
