What is the Big Lunch? The Big Lunch is a national initiative started by those nice people at the Eden Project down in Cornwall. You can find out more about the initiative at the main Big Lunch website.

When is the Big Lunch? The Big Lunch is happening on Sunday 18th July 2010.

Where is my nearest Big Lunch event? The Big Lunch is coming to Southdown, Bath! We are gathering on the grass by the Roundhill play area at between 12 and 2pm, here. (If that's nowhere near you, try the main Big Lunch site for your nearest event.)

What do I need to bring? Something to eat. Something to sit on. Your friends and neighbours to eat with. And perhaps something to amuse yourself and others for the afternoon - a ball, a frisbee, a harmonica!

Can I do anything to help organise or publicise the event? We're aiming to keep it pretty simple, but if you've got a great idea that the day just wouldn't be complete without, why not get in touch with us!? Also, if you'd like some flyers to share with your friends and neighbours, drop us a line.
